SANDRA SUE HANUTSAHA

Executive Consultant

Offered a chance to teach younger students while a senior in high school, she discovered a love for English and helping others.  During her time in the corporate world she worked as an international liaison and was also recruited to teach English courses to company staff before or after hours.  She then pursued a full-fledged teaching career and further certification.  She’s taught not only university English but also management courses in line with her business degrees, been instrumental in course syllabus and lesson plan design and coordinated the efforts of over 25 lecturers at a time to educate thousands of students per term and once served as a faculty’s communications director.

Having gained a reputation for her native English skills, Sandra’s career expanded to include radio and TV show hosting, simultaneous (verbal) translation and voiceovers.  She also works with various high-profile companies to provide written translation, editing, proofreading, and article writing. No stranger to student exchange, Sandra has taught foreign exchange students to Thailand and has also taught English and western culture preparatory courses for several batches of Thai exchange students.

A bilingual herself, she draws from her own language and cultural learning experience to understand her students and always strives to improve her teaching.  Though she demands a lot from her students, they all understand by the end of each course her dedication to and belief in education and lifelong learning.  She has thus received the best or among the best teaching evaluations from students.  Her background, therefore, makes her another perfect match for EduDee.
